Krissy Lawson is a Senior Loan Officer and Branch Manager for MortgageRight of the Carolinas – Charleston Branch. She is licensed in several states throughout the Southeast including Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia. Krissy grew up on Lake Norman enjoying all the fun in the sun. You could find her boating, wake boarding and working at a marina for eight years through high school and college. She played soccer and competition cheerleading where she could show her competitive nature.

Krissy’s family vacationed in Charleston every year throughout her childhood. She is so passionate about providing a smooth, quick loan process for her buyers, taking the stress and burden off their shoulders and creating a home buying experience that is enjoyable and efficient. Krissy loves working with first time homebuyers, repeat customers and investors, and truly enjoys showing all buyers why she is so proud to call Charleston home!

After college, Krissy worked for DePuy Orthopaedics, a Johnson and Johnson company, selling total joint replacements. Krissy’s background in medical device sales and loan originating has culminated to a point that makes her poised and prepared to be a successful mortgage loan officer and Branch Manager. She has ample experience in sales, marketing and project and business development. Her success has helped her hone skills in communication, conflict resolution and relationship management which all play vital roles in succeeding in any real estate transaction.

Krissy quickly discovered that her excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills combined with an in-depth knowledge of the Charleston and Charlotte markets are what makes her a reliable and invaluable resource to her clients. Now, as a Branch Manager, Krissy’s favorite parts of the job are meeting new people, introducing them to her city, and ensuring that one of their largest investments is financially taken care of.
